The free version comes with more than 2GB of storage space. You can upgrade it to 100GB for a monthly fee. The Bad: When compared with hardware-based storage, Dropbox is not safe. Anything that is saved online only is subject to hackers and/or government snooping. As the company is registered in America, your Dropbox account is certainly available to them should they want to look. The possibility of losing your files is perhaps greater than it would be with external storage devices. WEBSITE OF THE MONTH VERDICT: It’s a great idea for non-important files.
