BTM July 2012 81 ILA Sneha Silver Jubilee Celebrations The Indian Ladies Association (ILA) held a reception to celebrate the silver jubilee of the ILA's Sneha Project was held at the InterContinental Regency Bahrain. Sneha, which was launched in 1987 to help children with special needs and their families.
