The luxury touring bike has been updated this year and we are sure will be ready for its day-to-day duties.” One of the best-selling models in Bahrain, the BMW K 1600 GT comes with a supreme in-line 6-cylinder engine with a high level of pulling power. Engine output is 160bhp at 7,750rpm and a maximum torque of 175Nm at 5,250rpm. The 2015 model boasts a number of upgrades, including Dynamic Traction Control (DTC) as standard for increased safety when accelerating. The new model can also be fitted with the Motorrad Keyless Ride System. The new system enables the steering to lock as well as the fuel tank and other storage compartments in the motorcycle without the use of the key. Additionally, the BMW K 1600 GT can be started with the touch of a button, without inserting the key. Other new equipment features include a daytime riding light and Hill Start Control. The K 1600 GT is now also fitted with the instrument panel of the K 1600 GTL Exclusive, featuring new scales and high-end chrome surfaces.
