Maki flawlessly combines a staple drink and a hallmark of Peruvian cuisine in an utterly delightful and refreshing cretion called the Bloody Ceviche. This is not your everyday Bloody Mary beverage, nor is it your typical ceviche. The delicacy is comprised of salmon, tuna, white fish and shrimp chopped into little bites with red onions, cherry tomatoes, greens, celery and a special house-made ceviche sauce, all put together and served in small shot glasses. Chefs at Maki have also been getting busy concocting two new softshell taco varieties filled with seafood, drizzled with a host of tasty, house-made sauces, spices and other wonderful ingredients. And, as well as coming up with inspired new menu dishes, the folks at Maki have been hard at work on new decor, fitting of the award-winning venue’s reputation for having one of the most cosy, romantic atmospheres in town. At the entrance, you will be met with 3D tree structures that exude style. As for the furniture, the old white sofas have been replaced with comfortable dark grey linen fabric designed with diamond buttons in the backrest. New tables and chairs have been added to the dine-in floor to bestow a warm, welcoming mood on the section. All columns have been stylishly covered with aged steel mirrors, which render the dining area ultra-trendy and add to the already hospitable character of the remodeled space.
