Starring concert pianists Stephan Weh and Marcel Dorn, Pianotainment is a spectacular four-handed piano show that has dazzled the world for over 20 years. Rakugo is a comic storytelling art that expresses the humorous side of traditional Japan. Daikagura is a Japanese Traditional performance which used to be given on auspicious occasions. STUDIO 244 What if a painting came to life and approached its creator? What would the painting say to him or her? What are the secrets behind the colour palettes and what are the artist’s intentions? Does the soul have a colour? How do we recognise the astonishment of a viewer contemplating a painting? Through the direction and scenography of the artist Khalid Al Ruwaie, this exhibition looks at the aesthetic of Bahraini artist Rashid Al Oraifi, building bridges to create different worlds as art influences the creation of more art.
