Now there is a new treat for us, a Friday brunch. A rodizio refers to the style of dining where you enjoy waiters circle the restaurant with freshly cooked meats and delicacies on long skewers fresh from the grill. Servers use knives to cut the various cooked meats for the diner as they desire. The Friday brunch version of the rodizio definitely allows one to eat as much as you like. Start the brunch with a selection of salads and appetisers or enjoy the sushi station, watching fresh sushi rolled before your eyes.
