This includes improving plant cultivation, harvesting, and processing, developing stronger relationships between growers, traders and roasters to higher quality roasting, at times called ‘micro roasting’ to skilled brewing. Established in July 2015, it is Bahrain’s first specialty café, gourmet bakery and in-house coffee roastery. The café boasts a unique rustic yet modern ambience, ideal for sitting down, relaxing and sipping your drink. Crust & Crema uses a wide variety of global green coffee beans to produce its beverages as well as sourcing quality bakery ingredients from Europe for its gourmet desserts, pastries and artisanal breads. The coffee bar brews the freshest cups of special blends or single origin beans, both in the espresso machine or by manual brewing methods. At the moment, you can sample special beans from Jamaica and Hawaii, which are considered to be some of the best in the world.
