Departing daily between 8am and 4pm from Sitra Park, there is also a second boat tour taking in Tubli Bay, which covers around 100sq/km. Each of the tours aims to showcase a specific area of interest in line with the authority’s aim of bringing more tourists to the Kingdom. Having achieved its three goals – significant expansion of the exhibition space, paving a way for the museum to exhibit its latest collection in more interdisciplinary ways and inclusion of the latest archaeological research – the exhibition allows for clear understanding of the historic value and uniqueness of the Dilmun burial traditions. Designed by French architect Didier Blin, the refurbished Hall of Graves is a great step up from the previous exhibition while still preserving the original reconstitution of the Dilmun burial mounds. 8am-8pm Call 17 298-777.
