Learn the ancient art of Rishikesh yoga as La Fontaine holds a workshop by Adora Evasan. The workshop will introduce students to the practices of Rishikesh yoga, based on the methods developed in the Rishikesh region of the Himalayas. This method engages an extensive asana practice and the study of how to integrate yoga into one’s everyday life. The workshop will cover the four essential elements of yoga. The workshop will be held from 10am to 4pm and costs BD35, inclusive of vegetarian lunch. A 10 per cent discount is applicable if payment is received before August 7.
