36 October 2018 www.bahrainthismonth.com happenings 11 Club recently opened its doors to give the more seasoned clubber a new stylistic experience. 11 Club is the newest addition to the recently opened Arch Hotel’s many outlets, and to Bahrain’s vibrant clubbing scene. After a successful opening, on the night of September 6, with the main attraction being world-renowned DJ Jon White, a newer style of clubbing has been introduced to the market by 11 Club, and the venue is ready to make its mark. Located on the ground floor of the Juffairbased hotel, the innovative club focuses on bringing a new concept to bar and club hoppers. The proprietors, no strangers to the scene themselves around these parts, have reached out to some of the main players in terms of food and beverage, and fished globally for experienced entertainment managers to run most of the outlets. Bringing a refreshing change from the more underground, darker clubs in the area, 11 Club boasts a dignified exterior, and a classy black and grey interior in perfect New York style, complemented by the pleasant blue hue of the neon lights. It also has a swanky, private VIP seating area, and a spacious dance floor, coupled with an elaborately designed bar. Additionally, 11 Club houses strategically placed slim tables where guests can enjoy canapés, continental and international cuisine, and beverages from the establishment’s extensive menu. With resident DJs Delroy and Misha spinning hip-hop, R&B, Caribbean, hits from the ‘70s onwards and some classic house beats on the decks, every night from 9pm to 2am, great nights out are calling. Surrounded by music pumping through dynamic JBL speakers, with an LED light show along with the backdrop of a vast LED screen, there is no doubt about the good vibes this club promises. Military and airline crew enter for free, and ladies can expect a special package on the door. With the house pouring package, ladies drink for free all night. All can enjoy a 25 per cent discount on food and beverages, from 9pm to 11pm every night*. Apart from the usual entertainment offered, the club plans to host month-end events, so keep your eyes open and ears peeled for updates, especially through social media channels on Facebook and Instagram.
