bahrainthismonth.com | NOVEMBER 2026 HOSPITALITY 83 Tables by the Tide A new seasonal menu and live DJ evenings mark Byblos’ return to Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, bringing Lebanese coastal flavours to the hotel’s private beachfront. Mezze to share, seafood by the shore and kunafa to finish: Byblos has reopened for the cooler season, with Chef Tony El Khoury introducing new dishes alongside the restaurant’s established favourites. Set along the private beachfront at Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, the Lebanese restaurant offers views across the bay and an outdoor setting suited to sunset dinners. Following its reopening at the end of September 2026, this season’s offering gives returning diners several new dishes to explore. Coastal Flavours Chef Tony’s seasonal menu draws inspiration from Lebanon’s coast, combining seafood, seasonal ingredients and traditional Lebanese dishes intended for sharing. Among the additions is Sawda Djej with lemon butter and pomegranate molasses, while Makanek bi Limon comes with sautéed onions and mushrooms. Mudardara Bil Lahmeh is served with braised lamb shank, onions and pickled turnips. For seafood lovers, Moghrabiye with Scallops and Prawns offers another option. “This season’s menu is inspired by the flavours of the Lebanese coast and the vibrant spirit of Mediterranean gatherings,” Chef Tony reveals. “Guests can look forward to fresh seafood, charcoal-grilled specialities and dishes designed for sharing in a relaxed beachfront setting.” Returning favourites include the signature Cold Mezzeh Platter, Chickpea Fattah, Fattoush Bil Khubz and Seabass Tajin. For dessert, the restaurant’s Kunafa is served with homemade pistachio ice cream. The beverage programme has also expanded, with Lebanese-inspired signature cocktails, handcrafted mojitos, refreshing drinks and a broader arak selection curated to pair with the menu, complementing the restaurant’s social dining style. After Sunset Live DJ performances take place on the outdoor terrace every Thursday and Friday from 7:30pm to 11:30pm. Further live entertainment and seasonal programming are planned throughout the season. General Manager Jason Rodgers describes Byblos as one of the hotel’s defining dining experiences, highlighting its cuisine, hospitality and waterfront location. This season’s additions build on that offering, giving guests the choice of an early dinner overlooking the bay or a later gathering accompanied by music. Make it a shore thing! 17115500
