Dilara Yurdakul All About Her How would you describe yourself? An eternal optimist with a dark sense of humour. Describe yourself in three words. Passionate, curious and fast. What motivates you every day? Seeing that my efforts have made someone’s day better motivates me and gives me a sense of purpose. What do you love most about your role? I love people, I love numbers and I love bringing the two together! There’s something incredibly satisfying about building a connection with someone and seeing my efforts turn into tangible results. What does exceptional customer experience mean to you? Giving someone such an incredible experience that they feel compelled to gush about it to others! What’s the biggest lesson your career has taught you? To have difficult conversations sooner rather than later. Being respectful doesn’t mean being less direct. A career milestone you’re particularly proud of. Taking on responsibility for several departments during COVID. I’m proud of always wanting to do more and never being afraid to take anything on. Your biggest superpower as a woman? My tolerance for stress is really high. I always focus on solving problems rather than dwelling on them. Life & Personality Your favourite way to recharge? Reading and watching crime thrillers! I also enjoy a house party or a night out with family and friends. If your life were a film, what would it be called? I Have a Few Suggestions. Probably a comedy-drama. I love thrillers but I’d rather watch one than live in one!
