This annual show is an exciting mix of health, wellness, fitness, and wellbeing exhibitors. It aims to show visitors the latest in how to change your lifestyle for the better. This exciting event is one of the largest health expos in the GCC and forms part of BECA’s annual exhibition calendar. Funded by Tamkeen, it enjoys the support of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and the Ministry of Health. The Health & Wellness Expo aims to promote wellbeing and holistic lifestyle practices that will make a positive difference in our day-to-day living. It will also increase awareness for the residents of the Bahrain and the GCC about how to live a fit and healthy life. The expo will be open from 10am to 7pm with free entry to the public. Live demos by local fitness, sports and health clubs will be held on stage on all three days. Visitors can benefit from wellness advice, blood pressure and health checks, and discounted gym memberships. Free seminars will be held as well. Learn about health and safety and other health-related issues such as first aid. These sessions will be organised by Leaders Institute for Training and Development. Last year’s exhibition featured local hospitals and clinics, fitness centres, medical equipment companies, health food suppliers, beauty care products, yoga and reiki centres, and nutritional/diet companies.
