They will cook their dishes live on stage and will be evaluated by a panel of professional judges, who will be scoring each entry. Visitors will also have the opportunity to sample the prepared dishes and give their feedback. As the chefs will be awarded points for their final scores based on preparation, taste and creativity in all their dishes, there are big expectations for this year’s competition. Exhibitors representing Bahrain’s finest in the food and hospitality industry will also showcase their products and services, offering various tasty treats and snacks to visitors. This event, aimed at the GCC region and its strong demand for new products, will also offer visitors an insight into food and beverage trends of the future.
