This month, it invites you to taste its new range of signature cocktails. Cucina Italiana, one of the Kingdom’s favourite eat-out hotspots has redeveloped and launched its new beverage menu. Peter Lyons, general manager of Bahrain Family Leisure, the company that owns and operates the Cucina Italiana brand, was very keen to let us know about the exciting new offerings. “Our new beverage menu is a complete rework of the original, developed to complement our great food or delight as a standalone drinks’ offering. The team at Cucina Italiana has created a superb bespoke cocktail menu with 15 cocktails that you will not find anywhere else,” he says. The team is especially proud of the new signature cocktail, which has already become one of the venue’s top-10 sellers. Sicilian sangria is a punchy mix of red shiraz, rum, fruits with a hit of peppers and chilli. In addition, a fantastic selection of wines has been added to the menu to specifically pair with the food menu. “Our team has been hard at work to become sommeliers. They can now help each guest pair their wine perfectly to the food for a better dining experience. We are confident the new beverage menu will entice our guests and ensure we are at the top of our game,” Peter adds. Cucina Italiana offers a great-value two-course lunch menu for BD6, including a drink from noon until 3pm on weekdays. This offer is followed by a two-for-one cocktail promotion from 3pm through to 7pm, aptly named ‘after hours’ for the wind-down-after-work crowd.
