The new flavours were created with a focus on infusing local Bahraini flavours with the Western appeal of TCBY’s frozen yoghurt. The partnership has resulted in the creation of two new Arabian yoghurt bases and three new toppings. Running for two weeks each, the yoghurt bases are gahwa-flavoured and another with cinnamon with honey. The four toppings include ‘Rangeena’ Truffles, Sticky Date Pudding, Date Syrup and a Toffee Cardamom Sauce. “I am very delighted to work with TCBY on this fun and inspiring project. The collaboration is perfect for Ramadan and really allowed me to showcase my healthy desserts to a wider audience,” says Tala Bashmi, owner and Founder of Baked by T. “This collaboration is a first of its kind for us and is perfect for Ramadan.
