Given the extra virgin olive oil used in their exclusive dishes, such as Amer Maki, Tara II Maki and Oze Akami Maki, is produced by Maki itself, it became a visceral notion to bottle this amazingly tasty oil for the world to enjoy. With interest and appreciation sparked immediately by this idea, the founders embarked on stamping their label with international approval by attending the Olive Japan trade show. Considered one of the most prestigious events in the world, this exhibition invites judges from key major olive oil production countries to judge contestants, under the supervision of the Olive Oil Sommelier Association of Japan (OSAJ).
