The campaign adds more value to Zain’s home broadband packages, better known as ‘The Big Gigs Family’, with even bigger data allowances and the introduction of a new package called ‘Smarter’. “The revamp of our home broadband packages is in line with our overall strategy, devised to ensure innovation in customer care, products and services,” says Zain Bahrain’s marketing director, Roland Lötscher. “The Big Gigs packages provide much needed flexibility and versatility to our customers and these personalised packages are designed around our customers’ diverse usage behaviours.” Smarter, is offered at BD16 and comes with a data threshold of 150GB and a speed of up to 25Mbps. The Big Gigs packages are offered based on eight different usage preferences and their monthly fees range all the way from BD6 to BD35. The addition of generous data allowances and innovative features has also covered the company’s mobile data offerings. The new Dangerous Prepaid packages offers young people free calls to other operators and Zain numbers, unlimited data, free 4G LTE along with free international calls for a subscription fee of BD1 a week. Meanwhile, the company’s Smartplans offer the latest smartphones, coupled with unlimited Zain to Zain calls, free minutes to other networks and generous data allowances. The company reserves its cream of the crop for its elite clientele. The Signature programme is a private members club that rewards Zain’s most valued customers with the highest-quality services and offers. The Signature packages are specially designed exclusive premium phone numbers and the latest devices, all personally delivered by a dedicated team. Zain also offers a myriad of value-added services. Customers can now easily and securely purchase apps from the Samsung Galaxy App Store and Windows Phone Store with Zain Pay. The purchases will be charged to their postpaid bills or deducted from their prepaid balances without the need for a credit card. Zain continues to lead the telecom market towards more innovation, through products and services that are designed to evolve with the changing needs of its customer base, the company says.
