Despite initial resistance from my family, I went on to pursue my dreams and started cooking professionally,” says Federico. “I have worked under the guidance of Michelin-star chefs in Europe and use my years of gastronomic expertise to create dishes that gratify the palate while looking like pieces of art. “I analysed the market and the type of food that is popular in Bahrain and used this knowledge to devise the menu. “We stick to the true heritage of the flavour and add a hint of the Italian touch that sets us apart from the rest.” A high tea for two with assorted sandwiches, pastries and tea is available every afternoon.
