We have regular promotions which are market days where there are special promotions on fresh items up for grabs. Other promotions we conduct are season and occasion-based and theme-based — for example at the moment we have many Christmas products available,” Wafeia adds. You can rest assured that each of the stores will be stocked up with the best of the festive season’s offerings, and you can depend on the multinational, customer-friendly staff to make your shopping experience all the more easy and enjoyable. “Our focus is always on introducing new import ranges to satisfy varied customer interest and to retain customer loyalty, which is of utmost importance to any successful business store. For this festive season, we have made sure we have as many internationally-loved products as possible to please all of the customers,” explains Wafeia. More convenience Additionally, you will be pleasantly surprised to know that the group will be opening up two more convenience stores before the end of the year. “We have major expansion plans for the next year. The group plans to open a third supermarket in Zinj by early 2012; we will also be opening five more convenience stores in other various locations. Given our minimal presence in Qatar — which is just two convenience stores operating in the same brand as 24 Hours Market; we are looking into opportunities to expand the business there,” Wafeia confirms.
