Joining the Elite group in 2002, Fadl Adib has, over the years, worked himself up the corporate ladder the old fashioned way — with sheer hard work and dedication. He first joined as front office manager, went on to become executive assistant manager for Elite Suites and Elite Resort & Spa then handled Elite Grande as assistant general manager. Having been in the industry for almost 16 years, Fadl’s experience helped him steer Elite Grande to where it stands today. “Over the years I’ve managed to specialise in almost every hotel and hospitality sector. My experiences include room division and strategic planning, profit and loss management, hotel administration, accounts maintenance as well as food and beverage management,” explains the general manager. Of course, there is no rest for the wicked; Fadl is already in the process of re-branding the hotel’s coffee shop and plans to open a new outlet in the near future. “Elite Grande is already one of the industry leaders in the country. My plan is to make it further stand strong in the market and be the ultimate leader of the hospitality services.
