Gulf Property Show, the exhibition for real estate and property developments, is set to take place from April 26-28 2016 at the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre (BIECC) under the patronage of HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, the Prime Minister of Bahrain. The event will attract more than 7,000 visitors from Bahrain and the GCC, 20 per cent of which are expected to come from Saudi Arabia. “This year we have an increase in real estate from outside Bahrain, with projects from Kuwait, UAE, Turkey, Qatar, United Kingdom, USA, India, Thailand, Philippines, Eastern Europe and Southeast Asia,” says Ahmed Suleiman exhibition director at Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions (HCE), which organises the event. Result Plus Media, Thailand’s premier real estate agency, has scheduled the global launch of its luxury Bangkok condominium tower to take place at the show. The company represents Thailand’s leading developers, promoting their properties around the world. The agency has established a reputation in Southeast Asia for dedicating itself to ensuring investors obtain high returns from their investments. “Gulf Property Show has achieved a reputation as being the boutique real estate trading event for the Gulf. This reputation is the reason we are using our participation to launch Bangkok’s luxury development, The Rich Nana,” says Nisha Chulasukontha, managing director of Result Plus Media. “GCC citizens are no strangers to real estate investments in Southeast Asia. Demand is growing for properties in this area not only from GCC investors but also from expats who are looking for properties back home or European expats looking at alternative retirement options. The Rich Nana tower will be a welcome addition to the portfolio of real estate on offer at the Gulf Property Show,” says HCE managing director Jubran Abdulrahman. Abu Dhabi based developer Eagle Hills will also be much in evidence with an exhibition stand set to rival its 2015 showcase featuring its numerous developments across the GCC and around the world. And, closer to home, Bahrain-based Manara Developments will also use Gulf Property Show to launch its newest development. Running alongside the Gulf Property Show, Gulf BID 2016 looks to the region’s construction industry and is set to showcase some of Saudi Arabia’s leading building and construction material companies such as Espac, O2ProFormance, Saudi Bitumen Industrial Co, Rafee Metal Industries Factory, Fabco Plastic Factory Co, Al Kaabi For Testing Equipment, Plastbau Arabia, Al Atrash Trading Co Silkcoat, Jawdah For Trading & Industrial Co Ltd, Arabtech Construction, Shade Technology and Rezayat Protective Coating. They will be demonstrating innovative lines of products and services in building materials such as protective coatings, paints, pre-cast building blocks, scaffolding, heavy equipment and aluminium construction products. The last show in this HCE trio is gulfInteriors. Taking place at the same time, it will feature international and regional designers and high-end décor products from wallpaper to furnishings suitable for either the home or commercial space. Now in its fourth year, this boutique property showcase has grown 300 per cent since its inception.
